The community of Celebration is made up of various enclaves and neighborhoods which include Celebration Village, West Village and Lake Evalyn which were all part of Phase I and features around 500 home sites, 700 condos and 76 townhomes. Phase II was North Village which brought 300 more condos and 300 home sites. Phase III was South Village and more than 600 home sites plus nearly 500 more condos. Phase IV introduces East Village and Aquila Reserve, together bringing a further 70 condos and 500 mixed townhomes and homes.
Now developing Artisan Park, Celebration will soon be completing this residential development once the 600 homes and condos plus the 160 acre village are finished.
Celebration brings together modern lifestyles and amenities, blended effortlessly with traditional south-eastern exteriors including front porches that were once thought to be extinct in many states in the U.S. Most of the homes have rear access to their garages via service alleys, which keep the tree lines streets looking clean and uncluttered.
